Pollen is the best source of protein, important vitamins and minerals. Pollen is the most perfect food that can be found in nature.
It contains 5-7 times more protein than meat. It is a perfect source of vitamins, minerals (contains 28 minerals) and amino acids. Of the 22 known amino acids, all are found in pollen. Pollen also contains numerous enzymes important for digestion. Such a wealth of nutrients has not been found in any other product.
Pollen is a natural antidote to allergies, especially hay fever and sinusitis.
Research shows that pollen prevents aging and increases the mental and physical abilities of the body.

Use:
There are no strictly defined daily doses of flower pollen, but it is recommended:
1-2 teaspoons per day for children
1-2 tablespoons per day for adults,
up to 4 tablespoons per day for sick people.
It is best absorbed and utilized if dissolved in lactic acids (yoghurt, milk, acidophilus, kefir..), with vitamin C (Cedevita, tea with lemon) and mixed with honey, so its use is recommended in these ways. (No other method is acceptable because the celluloid membrane surrounding the pollen grain cannot be broken down, so the grains simply fly through the body without utilizing at least one nutrient.)
 
Storage method:
Store in a dry, dark and cool place at a temperature of up to 8 °C. After opening, keep in the refrigerator.
